What are your job duties?
My job duties include helping the CORE management team with any projects they are working on. I also act as John Schuller and Ruth Johnson‘s right hand woman. I am also managing a new client at Headway called JBS.
How do you get through the work day?
I get through my work day with the help of my awesome co-workers and bosses! If there is ever a challenge that I am facing there are plenty of people ready to give help or advice where needed. I also drink coffee…lots of coffee.
Who’s your all-time favorite musical artist?
I listen to all different types of music, so this is a tough one. I would have to say my favorite right now is Ellie Goulding, because I just saw her in concert and she is BEAUTIFUL and AWESOME. That’s all I’ve been listening to ever since. Ask me in a week and I’ll say someone else.
Which do you prefer, the mountains or the beach?
The beach! I grew up going to the beach for weeks at a time, and I used to live at the beach for about 2 years. The mountains are cool and all, but the beach rocks my socks off.
What makes you smile?
There are a lot of things that make me smile! One of the best things is making other people smile. I love helping others, and cheering up someone who is down. I used to do hair in a salon, and there was nothing better than seeing someone’s entire attitude change in a positive way, just because I did their hair. Another thing that makes me smile is being around people that I love.
Use one word to describe Headway:
If I had to describe Headway in one word, I would say open-minded. Everyone at Headway listens to each others ideas, and is always open for positive change. I have worked at companies that are stuck in their ways, and do not want to change. This makes it difficult to improve, so I am glad I work for a company that is ready to do something new and different.
If you were a baked good, what would you be?
I would be a cinnamon roll because I’m classic, sweet, with a little bit of spice!
