RTI International

RTI International is one of the world’s leading research institutes, dedicated to improving the human condition by turning knowledge into practice. Their staff of more than 3,700 provides research and technical services to governments and businesses in more than 75 countries in the areas of health and pharmaceuticals, education and training, surveys and statistics, advanced technology, international development, economic and social policy, energy and the environment, and laboratory testing and chemical analysis.

As RTI's field staff subcontractor, Headway is constantly recruiting field interviewers to assist with RTI's many survey activities. Headway's workforce on assignment with RTI supports a wide range of research studies natiowide.


Battelle

Every day, the people of Battelle apply science and technology to solving what matters most. At major technology centers and national laboratories around the world, Battelle conducts research and development, designs and manufactures products, and delivers critical services for government and commercial customers.

Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio since its founding in 1929, Battelle serves the national security, health and life sciences, and energy and environmental industries. Headway has partnered with Battelle for 10+ years to provide staffing, pay-rolling, and HR support to field and laboratory research staff across many health-related studies.

Since 1988, RetailData has defined and refined the data collection process. They customize their service to meet every client’s competitive data needs. Their systems and processes, coupled with extensive experience of the management team, have created the best company in the industry to serve causal data needs. RetailData provides competitive intelligence in real time with real results, offering price comparison and scanning tools nationwide.

Headway’s partnership with Retail Data began in 2015 with a large-scale nationwide recruitment, hiring, and employment effort. Headway staffs part time data collectors across the country who are assigned to travel to local stores and conduct price scanning assignments within defined deadlines.


RAND Corporation

The RAND Corporation is a non-profit research organization that helps improve policy and decision-making through research and analysis. The RAND Survey Research Group (SRG) is dedicated to high-quality survey operations. The RAND Survey Research Group was established in 1972 to ensure that the quality of RAND survey data would be as high as the quality of RAND’s research analysis.

The RAND Survey Research Group has worked with Headway for over 4 years on numerous studies ranging from credit consciousness of consumers to early childhood development. Headway’s role as the provider of excellent, experienced survey research staff facilitates and enhances RAND's field research studies.


Abt SRBI & RSW

The mission of Abt SRBI is to improve the quality of life and economic well-being of people worldwide through rigorous and thoughtful research.

They apply their energy and creativity to helping their clients-governments, businesses, and private organizations-make better decisions by providing them with the highest quality research and consulting services in survey research.

Headway provides payroll services and web based on-boarding and timekeeping solutions for RSW employees on assignment with Abt SRBI. Services include, but are not limited to: travel advance calculation and reimbursement, electronic onboarding, Services Contract Act Compliance. Headway also provides recruitment support for open field research positions as needed.


Nielsen

Nielsen Media Research is a market and consumer research organization that studies audience behavior and trends for the purpose of understanding what people watch and buy.

During Headway’s partnership with Nielsen, we have supported various divisions and data collection needs, including call center support staff, field code readers for Nielsen TV ratings, and field data collectors for the Homescan project.


Ipsos

Ipsos is a global independent market research company. Ipsos Public Affairs understands and manages issues, advances reputations, determines and pinpoints shifts in attitude and opinion, enhances communications, and evaluates policy.

On November 4, 2014 Headway Workforce Solutions completed a project with Ipsos to report the vote to the Nation for the 2014 General Elections. In addition, we created a community called, "Report the Vote". We used social media as a communication tool and as avenue for outreach through the Report the Vote community. Headway provided staffing, training, and payroll for all agents who were hired on for the project. The mission was to staff every count facility across the Nation, to report the vote count for candidates running in the General Election, through the IRCount App on their smart device. We hired 3000+ people to work for this one important night.
